What Are the Parts of an Electric Stator Winding Machine?

One important object of this invention ‘is the production of a Stator Winding Machine that is able to rapidly wind stator-windings of conventional type and using conventional fibre slotting-instructions and even end fibres of the same. The object of this invention is thus made realizable and obtainable in the market by any one of the innumerable users who require it. This invention is an alternative to the conventional wind-turbine system of the conventional type. The present invention involves no modifications in the working principle of these engines.

It is seen that the rotor shafts of these findings have certain tendencies to get curved due to centrifugal force and the presence of a large number of windings, each of which is connected to the core, making them work against each other. The present stator winding machine makes use of a number of helical forms made of material like brass and steel with certain wooden core structures. This angle about the stator axis ensures that the holes that have to be bored are fed into the material at the right depth and at the right angle. As the material is fed into the holes, automatically the machine starts rotating and drills the holes at the desired angle.

In order to know about the other parts of the machine that is used here, I will tell you about the feed member. This feed member is a small cap that is attached to the end of a shaft. It is guided by a solenoid and pushes the shaft vertically or horizontally. As the shaft moves vertically, the feed member also rotates. This is done so that the holes get drilled at the necessary angle and direction. This is one of the major innovations that were introduced in this type of power tool.
